We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from PlayingCardDecks; if you are not happy with your order, you can return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure that the decks are still in their original, unopened cellophane wrapping, as we cannot accept returns for cards that have been handled or played with.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and the correct shipping address.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package the items in a sturdy box or bubble mailer to prevent damage during transit and ship them back using a trackable mail service.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
